    At Brand Athletics, we cater to a wide range of ages. We offer youth to professional training, making us an ideal place for individuals of all ages who wish to improve their athletic performance or achieve their fitness goals.
  • What age do you start training youth athletes?
    We offer training programs for athletes starting from the age of 5. Our Rookie Youth Athletics Training classes are designed for our youngest athletes. We highly recommend speed and agility training for athletes at this age as it helps them to understand the significance of fitness, develop their motor skills, and smoothly transition into playing various sports.
  • Can I watch my athlete train?
    Certainly! We appreciate it when parents show their support for their athletes and provide designated areas to observe their performance. However, we kindly request parents to refrain from interfering with the coach's process or disrupting their athletes' focus. Please remain as observers only.
  • Is there a discount available if I enroll multiple kids in the same class?
