Personal Training Contract

1. Parties

This Personal Training Contract is entered into between Brand Athletics hereinafter referred to as the "Trainer," and hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

2. Services

2.1 The Trainer agrees to provide personal training services to the Client. These services will include fitness assessments, exercise programming, nutritional guidance, and other related activities.

2.2 The Trainer will customize a fitness program tailored to the Client's goals and needs. The program may include strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility training, and other fitness activities.

2.3 The Client agrees to follow the Trainer's recommendations and instructions, including attending scheduled training sessions and adhering to the prescribed exercise and nutrition plan.

3. Payment

3.1 The Client agrees to pay the Trainer the agreed-upon fee for personal training services. The payment structure is as follows:

3.3 If the Client misses a scheduled training session without prior notice or cancels a session with less than 12 hours notice, the Client may be charged for the missed session.

4. Scheduling

4.1 Training sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times and locations.

4.2 The Trainer will make every effort to accommodate the Client's scheduling preferences, but availability may be limited.

5. Duration

This Contract will begin on agreed upon dates with the client and trainer.

​

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice. The notice period for termination is 14 days.

6.2 If the Client terminates the Contract before the agreed-upon end date, any prepaid fees for unused sessions may be refunded at the Trainer's discretion.

7. Liability

The Trainer is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or as a result of training sessions. The Client acknowledges the importance of consulting with a medical professional before starting a fitness program.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information disclosed during training sessions.

9. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada.

​

10. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Trainer and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or verbal.

11. Acceptance

By agreeing below, both parties acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
